Noel Toal is the CIO for DPV Health. With over twenty years ICT leadership experience he was judged by CIO Magazine as one of the top fifty Australian CIOs in their CIO50 list for 2022 and 2023. He is a business leader with an ICT speciality, with previous experience as a board director/chair and a successful business owner who sold a business to an ASX listed company. He utilises this experience to deliver pragmatic value and positive impact through digital transformation and thrives on ICT collaboration with the business.
