The CTP project emphasises sustainability and modern technologies, crucial for meeting pharmaceutical storage standards.

The Redcare Pharmacy warehouse will feature:
  • Advanced climate control systems
  • Ground-to-air heat pumps
  • Thermal sensors
  • Specialised skylight films for optimal temperature regulation.

This design ensures compliance with the State Institute for Drug Control (SÚKL) strict standards.

CTP is prioritising renewable energy and planning rooftop photovoltaic panels installation. The project also includes electric vehicle charging stations, rainwater retention and reuse systems and biodiversity measures, such as pools and habitats for local fauna.

Located on the D5 motorway, CTPark Blatnice offers excellent logistics conditions, situated 17 km from Pilsen and 7 km from the Nýřany container terminal. The park currently spans 58,600 sqm, with a planned 20,748 sqm expansion. It is hoped that the site's proximity to technical universities and good transport connections will make it attractive for skilled workforce recruitment.
