Softbox acquires TP3 Global in further strengthen its product portfolio
A global provider of cold chain packaging systems for the pharmaceutical industry, award winning innovator Softbox has acquired TP3 Global. Financial details were not disclosed.
Launched back in 1995, Softbox has invested in four manufacturing sites across the UK, US, Singapore and India.
Manufacturers of the globally recognised ‘SilverSkin’ brand, TP3 Global has become one of the world’s leading manufacturers of thermal protection covers for the pharmaceutical industry, with operations in the Americas, EMEA, South Asia and Asia Pacific. It has also become a top thermal pallet supplier for pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
The combined portfolio of industry-leading passive temperature control packaging systems and thermal protection products will reinforce both companies’ ability to support their customers’ requirements for cold chain packaging solutions, and further expand its ability to provide critical technical support on a global basis.
