Building expertise across digital and supply chain

Tiffany began her career at The Estée Lauder Companies in 2011 as a Project Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Latin America.

She progressed through the organisation before transitioning into sustainability in 2020, when she became Senior Sustainability Manager for Global Online.

In this capacity, she led sustainability marketing across online platforms to reinforce the company's position in sustainable beauty.

In 2021, Tiffany was promoted to Director of Sustainability for Global Online & Global Supply Chain, a position she held for seven months.

During this time, she developed and led the Global Online Sustainability strategy at The Estée Lauder Companies.

Her work integrated carbon reduction, sustainable packaging, responsible sourcing and consumer engagement into operations to advance corporate ESG objectives.

In 2022, she took on the role of Director of Sustainability for Product, which she held for more than three years.

She led global workstreams to advance product sustainability and The Estée Lauder Companies' nature and biodiversity strategy.

Tiffany helped launch the enterprise-wide Modern Slavery Statement and updated the company's Human Rights Policy.

She also advised senior leadership on ESG risks and priorities and supported brand and product teams in embedding sustainability into product and packaging decisions.

Transition to healthcare sector

Tiffany announced her move to Baxter in April, with the transition having taken place in February.

She will bring her experience from The Estée Lauder Companies to Baxter, including expertise in driving environmental and social responsibility, with a focus on nature, biodiversity and human rights.

She will use her skills in aligning business strategies with sustainability goals to help deliver measurable, long-term impact across Baxter's global operations.

Tiffany said on LinkedIn: "After more than a decade of learning and growth with The Estée Lauder Companies, I'm excited to share that I've recently joined Baxter International as Director of Sustainability.

"This new chapter comes with tremendous momentum and purpose as we continue to build and advance initiatives that deliver sustainable healthcare and strengthen climate resilience.

"I'm grateful to join Renae Kezar and a team of leaders who are deeply passionate about driving meaningful change, both within Baxter and across the broader global sustainability landscape while remaining grounded in our missions to save and sustain lives.

"Looking forward to learning, partnering and helping shape what comes next. A huge thank you to all my mentors, peers and former colleagues who supported me along this journey."

Baxter released its first sustainability report in 1997, which demonstrates its efforts to reduce environmental impact.

It has continued this practice for nearly three decades, reporting on its emissions and reduction initiatives.

The company aims to achieve carbon neutrality for its direct operations by 2040.

As part of this ambition, Baxter aims to reduce its absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 25% by 2030.

According to its most recent sustainability report, 99% of its emissions come from energy use and it is working on energy efficiency in its operations.

The company has completed four on-site solar installations and has installed a biomass fired steam generator at its site in Ahmedabad, India.

It also purchased 5.4 GW of electricity generated from certified renewable sources during 2024.
