Tom Diethe, Executive Director, Head of the Centre for AI at AstraZeneca.

As Executive Director and Head of AstraZeneca's Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Tom leads a department of AI scientists and engineers working across multiple teams. His work spans target discovery, antibody design, in-silico lead optimisation, biomarker discovery, clinical trial optimisation and agentic AI for the full drug development pipeline.

He has over 20 years of experience in applying ML and AI to solve tough problems with social impact.

Matea Deliu, Chief Clinical Information Officer at Bromley Healthcare / Guy's & St. Thomas's NHS Foundation Trust.

Matea holds executive and senior clinical roles across NHS and commercial organisations. As Chief Clinical Information Officer at Bromley Healthcare, she leads digital strategy, clinical safety governance and data-led decision-making across community services.

At NHS South East London ICB, she leads digital delivery and GP IT strategy for primary care — shaping procurement decisions, responsible AI adoption and clinical system architecture across one of London's largest integrated care systems. She is the Primary Care Lead for the Responsible AI UK Health and Social Care Group, shaping national policy on AI governance in healthcare.

She is a Mentor for the NHS Innovation Accelerator and Expert in Residence at London Business School.

Markus Kede, Chief AI Officer at Lundbeck.

Markus is responsible for setting Lundbeck's enterprise AI direction and turning rapidly evolving AI capabilities into meaningful impact for patients and our business.
