A company helping employees take ownership of their healthcare by introducing more predictive analytics capabilities to its RightOpt private health exchange, Xerox is now enabling employers to strengthen their well-being programs.

RightOpt will now use Evive Health’s predictive analytics technology to increase member engagement through personalized communications, which helps employees make informed choices about their healthcare.

A private exchange suite of healthcare solutions, RightOpt focuses on improving health and well-being with its interactive program. The company assists employers in reducing their health care costs and improve employee and dependent health outcomes through its systematic approach to well-being and engagement.

“When companies send mass-market communications to employees, engagement tends to be low,” said Scott Rabin, national practice leader, health exchange solutions, Xerox HR Services. “But if companies take the time to focus their messages and deliver them in a way that is relevant to the individual, addressing personal priorities based on integrated data, that individual is more likely to take positive actions in his or her well-being.”

Evive Health combines the use of employer data, claims data, benefits information, analytics and psychographics to prioritize and deliver personalized messages to RightOpt enrollees. The system continuously monitors what works from an employer goal perspective, population-wide, while assessing what is needed for specific individuals, both in messaging content and delivery method.

Evive’s proprietary predictive analytics approach enhances the effectiveness of personalized messaging, and provides employers with useful aggregated data as they implement communication strategies that work - and retire ineffective practices.

The Evive system is expected to be fully operational in the RightOpt exchange in the second half of 2016.
