Under his leadership, the company has grown into a leading provider of patient intake, registration and engagement software used by thousands of healthcare organisations across the US. 

Phreesia has also developed strategic partnerships with some of the world’s largest healthcare companies.

Previously CEO of apree health, he led the company's technology-enabled primary care model before its acquisition by Elevance Health in 2024. 

Earlier, Donald spent over 15 years at Cerner Corporation, serving as President for eight years with responsibility for its electronic medical records, revenue cycle and life sciences businesses.

Throughout his career, he has focused on leveraging healthcare data and technology to improve clinical outcomes, operational efficiency and healthcare affordability.

7. Wendy Barnes

Before joining GoodRx, she served as CEO of pharmacy benefits optimiser RxBenefits from 2022 to 2024. 

Earlier, Wendy spent nearly nine years at Express Scripts, holding several senior leadership positions before being appointed President in 2019. 

With a background spanning pharmacy benefit management and healthcare services, she has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, business growth and innovation across the healthcare industry.

6. Andrew Dudum

Before founding Hims & Hers, he co-founded start-up studio and venture capital firm Atomic, where he helped build and invest in high-growth technology companies including Bungalow, Homebound, TalkIQ and Terminal. 

An active angel investor, Andrew was named in Fortune's 40 Under 40 list in 2020.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

5. Chuck Divita

Earlier, he served as the organisation's Chief Financial Officer, helping guide it through the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.

Prior to GuideWell, Chuck held senior leadership positions at FPIC Insurance Group.

4. Peter Gassner

2. Judy Faulkner

Judy Faulkner founded Epic Systems in 1979 and has spent more than four decades building it into the world's leading provider of electronic health record (EHR) software. 

Under her leadership, Epic's platforms are used by many of the largest hospitals and health systems globally, supporting the digital health records of over 250 million patients. 

A pioneer in healthcare IT, Judy has consistently championed interoperability, patient-centred digital records and long-term product development, while maintaining Epic's status as a privately held company. 

Before founding Epic, she studied computer science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she began developing healthcare software in an academic setting.

Mark Bertolini has served as CEO of Oscar Health since 2023, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience across healthcare, insurance and finance. 

Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Aetna, where he transformed the company from a traditional health insurer into a consumer-focused healthcare business before overseeing its US$69bn acquisition by CVS Health in 2018. 

He later served as Co-CEO and Chairman of Bridgewater Associates, one of the world's largest hedge funds. 

Earlier in his career, Mark held senior executive roles at Cigna, NYLCare Health Plans and SelectCare. 

Alongside leading Oscar Health's technology-driven insurance platform, he serves as Chairman of Verizon Communications and sits on the boards of Thrive Global and the FIDELCO Guide Dog Foundation. 

He holds degrees from Wayne State University and Cornell University.
