The Chubb Group launches insurance coverage
The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies has introduced an insurance coverage to help the small to mid-size health care companies manage their biggest exposures.
The insurance company’s health care insurance product range includes access to variety of loss prevention services. ForeFront Portfolio 3.0 for Health Care companies offers eight optional coverages, including cyber liability insurance, that can respond to the accusations of fraud and healthcare fraud.
Meanwhile, other six options include crime, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, kidnap/ ransom and extortion, workplace violence expense and employed lawyers liability insurance.

The ForeFront portfolio’s cyber liability provides customized coverage for crisis management, privacy notification expenses, data breach-related fines and penalties and legal defense costs.
ForeFront portfolio’s D&O insurance may also cover defense costs and fines and penalties as a result of an investigation, subpoena, search warrant and other types of inquiry into such an allegation. Chubb’s health care insurance product also includes access to a variety of loss prevention services.
Furthermore, the online health care zone at ChubbWorks also offers risk management information and tools which helps in reducing D&O, employment practices liability and fiduciary liability exposures.
