A corporation that provides cloud-based clinical documentation services and technology, FutureNet has been named the KLAS Category Leader for 2015-16 for medical transcription services.

Based on random client survey results, FutureNet is the only 100 percent domestic labor service option among the nationally ranked vendors and was recognized for exceptional implementation and training, living up to expectations, and overall communications.

Universally acknowledged as the gold standard in accurate, honest, and impartial healthcare vendor evaluations, KLAS Research awards annual Best in KLAS designation to the top ranked service and technology vendors according to their comprehensive user surveys.

"We've been amongst the industry leaders since we were first ranked by KLAS and have always had a higher percentage of positive user comments than our competitors," said Dale Kivi, vice president of business development.  "Although not considered in their overall scoring methodology, we consider that the strongest indicator of our true performance, when respondents go off the scripted questions and tell them what they really feel about us.  Especially in an industry that operates under the ‘no news is good news’ mentality, it's great to be recognized by KLAS for our efforts."

The 2015-16 Best in KLAS rankings were determined by the average scores of sixteen separate survey questions grouped under four categories: Sales and Contracting, Implementation and Training, Service and Support, and General.  The General category addressed topics such as Real Problem Resolution, Overall Communications, Likely to Recommend, Overall Satisfaction, and Ranked as Client's Best Vendor.

FutureNet was judged as above average on all these criteria and considered as their client's best vendor by a full 80 percent of respondents, by far outpacing their nearest competitor.

"Our KLAS rankings directly reflects our focus on exceeding client's expectations," said Tom Liu, founder and president of FutureNet. "Whether its transcription or coding, services or technology, for 20 years, our only goal has been to cost effectively deliver superior results that are easy to measure.  Our top ranking with KLAS validates our entire team's effort to proactively meet our clients' needs."
