Cultivating Health: Machine Learning Speeds Up Dementia Research

 Dementia research can require analyzing thousands of slides of brain tissue. To speed up this process, UC Davis Health and UCSF teamed up to develop a machine learning program that can analyze these slides and search for indicators of dementia. Dr. Brittany Dugger explains the innovative way they're using technology to enhance their research abilities.
