Optum's Brook Elkins shares the complexities of managing natural disasters amid COVID19

 UnitedHealth Group CEO Dave Wichmann is joined by Optum Vice President of Client Management Brook Elkins, who is also a lieutenant colonel for the United States Air Force Reserves. Brook was called up for active duty in May to assist the U.S. Northern Command. He shares the current complexities of managing natural disasters, like hurricanes and wildfires, amid COVID-19.
