Recently, Billian’s HealthDATA researchers took an in-depth look at U.S. hospitals with positive patient ratings in addition to above-average clinical outcome measures.

Out of about 7,000 hospitals in the study, only 19 facilities had a positive Net Patient Revenue (NPR), had at least 80 percent of patients give it a nine or 10 rating, as well as both readmission and mortality rates that were better than the national average in vital areas of heart attacks, heart failures and pneumonia.
